AJ Jabakhanji is the principal and visionary behind our company, bringing over 20  years of hands-on experience in custom woodworking and architectural stair design. He began his career turning wood balusters, developing a deep respect for craftsmanship that still guides his work today.

In 2015, AJ took the reins of the family business, transforming it into a leading firm known for bold, design-driven staircases. With expertise in construction management and a keen eye for detail, he personally oversees each project to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, function, and beauty.

Kevin Valencia is the Managing Principal of the company, bringing an architectural mindset and a sharp focus on practical design to every aspect of the business. With a background in architecture, Kevin entered the industry with a vision to bridge thoughtful design with real-world execution—an approach that naturally led him into the world of contracting and construction.

 He oversees contracts, project development,  manufacturing processes, installalion and ensuring each staircase not only looks exceptional but is delivered with precision, efficiency, and integrity. His leadership has been instrumental in streamlining operations, optimizing production workflows, and aligning design intent with build realities.
